Terms for using this site
Trajah Buxton publishes Hartford Personal Injury Attorney Guide as an independent directory of personal injury attorney businesses in Hartford. Scores come from public review data, computed under the published rubric on the scoring method page, and the same rubric applies to every business. These terms govern your use of the site.
Information, not endorsement
A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.
Enquiries and referral fees
This site may route enquiries to listed businesses or partners and may receive referral fees for doing so. Fees never affect scores or rankings: those are computed from public review data under the published rubric, and no payment can change them.
If your business is listed here
If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.
Using the site
You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Trajah Buxton owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Trajah Buxton is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.
Changes to these terms
The published version of this page, with its date, is the current version of these terms; we may revise it from time to time, and continued use of the site counts as acceptance. For questions, reach us at trajahbuxton@outlook.com.
